Had the whole gym to myself... never had that before... planet fitness can never!!! Everytime I go to my gym I'm always happy I chose it. Although people came as I was finishing but they weren't more than 3 which was still lovely.
The ratio is the issue.
They eat 2 scoops. Balance it with Cabbage soup, seafood, herbal tea, fruit and many other protein sources.
We most of us just wanna belle full. So we take as much Rice as we possibly can because next meal is not guaranteed

- Rice and other sources of carbs are not the enemy
- 10k steps is not the holy grail, you can do lesser.
- OMAD is just a tool out of the numerous tools for weight loss
- You can’t lose 10kg in a month (Naturally/otherwise)
- Healthy is not equal to Appropriate (When it comes to weight loss)
- Relax with the salads
- You can satisfy those sugary cravings in-fact, you should.
