A year back, one of our LPs connected us to a business family in Kochi - who owned a well-known and much-loved brand called Mr Butlers making and selling a unique product - Soda makers - mostly in Kerala. The family was keen to diversify and launch new products. We hit it off instantly and shook hands to work together and launch a new product as a brand extension. As a team, we all agreed on one principle - we will launch the product in one year - so more action, less talk. More work, less slides :-)
And here we are. In one year. With a range of sparkling, fizzy sodas - all crafted lovingly with local flavours. From studying the market to understanding competition to figuring out the cost structures to identifying the manufacturing partner to tasting incredible amounts of soda to creating the packaging to building the GTM strategy - this has been a fantastic one-of-a-kind assignment for @tweet2spring We cannot thank Mr Mammen, Adith P Mammen Rohan Mammen for their trust and partnership and we are so so proud to see the products on the shelves in Kochi.
