When the Government and train operators talk of 'modernisation' or 'reform', they mean job cuts.

When you see the French protesting against their government because they intend to raise their pension age from 62 to 64, it makes you realise how far our country has sunk when we allowed our government to raise our pension age on numerous occasions without so much as a whimper.
