@IqooInd Hello im using iqoo neo 9 pro from 05 jan after recent update im facing boot loop and display flickering then mobile sudden turn off. by the looks of it many also facing the same issue after the update. i even went to the servicecenter and updated my current os version.

Service centre people saying they didn't have authority to free replacement.

Hello @IQOOInd My iQOO Neo 9 Pro suffered a total motherboard failure right after the July software update. The service centre now says they cannot provide a replacement motherboard. This is completely unacceptable for a 1.5-year-old device. Please resolve this immediately!
