@Damodar484 Additionally, please provide recommendations for fish selections and preparation methods that are both low in calories and high in protein.
Day 52/187
Inactive on X for a week due to travel. Diet and protein were on-and-off, but workouts never stopped.
7Kâ10K steps, every single day.
Now Iâm back.
No excuses. No breaks.
Letâs grind. Letâs stay consistent.
Back with a boom. đȘ
Fast food is fun. Itâs tasty, itâs convenient, and it feels harmlessâespecially when youâre young. Maggi, chowmein, pizza, burgers⊠theyâve become a daily habit for many of us, not an occasional treat anymore.
But hereâs the hard truth we donât talk about enough. A 16-year-old girl from Uttar Pradesh lost her life after excessive fast-food consumption caused severe damage to her intestines. Her gut was so badly affected that it developed multiple perforations. Even surgery couldnât fully reverse the damage, and eventually, her body gave up. This isnât fear-mongering. This is real life.
Nutrition is not about being âfit for Instagramâ or following diet trends. Itâs about keeping your digestive system, heart, and organs functional for the long run. Your gut is literally the foundation of your healthâonce it starts breaking down, everything else follows.
Eating healthy doesnât mean quitting junk forever. It means balance. Real food. Home-cooked meals. Protein, fiber, fruits, vegetables. Junk food should be an occasional craving, not a daily routine.
You only get one body. You canât replace your gut like a phone screen. Choose wisely, especially while youâre youngâbecause the habits you build now decide the life you live later.
Health is not optional. Itâs essential.

I usually donât write movie #reviews, as Iâm not a professional critic. But today, after watching Dhurandhar with my family, I felt compelled to share a few thoughts.
Spy films are not new to Indian cinema, yet #Dhurandhar feels refreshingly different. @AdityaDharFilms, take a bow. The chapter-wise storytelling was a new and engaging experience for us as viewers, especially when we are so accustomed to linear narratives.
@RanveerOfficial stepping away from his usual flamboyance and delivering such an intense, serious performance throughout the film deserves special appreciation. It couldnât have been an easy shift, but it was executed with conviction.
As a true admirer of Indian cinema, I must mention the outstanding performancesâAkshaye Khannaâs expressions speak volumes, Arun Rampal's portrayal evokes genuine anger and @ActorMadhavan delivers yet another spectacular performance, as expected. #SaraArjun, welcome to the Hindi fraternity of Indian cinema.
What truly stands out are the detailsâthe mujra during the function, the traditional caps, soulful songs, powerful dialogues and the impeccable, natural makeup that enhances every character.
Aditya Dhar sir, I sincerely hope that my family and I get the opportunity to attend the premiere of the next partânot just as audience members, but with the hope of meeting you personally and understanding the journey behind researching and presenting such powerful storytelling on screen.
Cinema like this deserves appreciation. đđŹ
Day 35/187
Started the day with 6 hours of sleep.
Still dealing with weakness, vomiting, body aches and mild fever.
Managed 9,200 steps and resumed protein intake.
No workout today â treated it as a recovery-focused rest day.

Update about Day 34/187
Food poisoning forced a full pause yesterday.
No workout, no steps, no protein â body needed rest over routine.
Not every day is about pushing hard; some days are about healing and coming back stronger.

@Theonenameddamn Honestly, the entire situation felt unsettling to me and made me realize that some decisions in life donât affect just two people, but have a deep impact on many lives.
