Without my consent, without a single notification - no email, no SMS, no app alert, no call - your team cancelled my ticket.
I found out at the airline counter. Bags packed. Ready to check in.
I had no choice but to rebook the same flight on the spot, at more than 2X the price.
This is not a refund request. It is a basic question about whether Cleartrip stands behind its bookings and behind its customers. Right now, the answer looks like no.
I have been chasing your team for two weeks. I am done chasing. Posting here so the right people see it.

Why should the customer absorb the financial loss of a mistake your own staff made?
A loss caused entirely by your team's error.

→ Reason for the gap: silence
→ Calls received from your team: zero
→ Promises broken: 24 hours, 48 hours, 2 days, 7 days,

I trusted them with our Europe tour (EUBS020525/A/1). But what happened next is UNACCEPTABLE:
❌ My 10-year-old daughter was assigned a seat ISOLATED from my wife and me on an international flight. ❌ They now demand EXTRA PAYMENT to seat our child with us – a basic expectation
