Last night I woke up from a nightmare that Trump won the election. In the darkness of my room with sweaty palms, I double-checked to make sure my voting status was active. I'll be at the polls Nov 5th helping make sure my nightmare doesn't become a reality, again.

It's CNA week. I know you're underappreciated & understaffed. Y'all are usually the backbone of most facilities. What you do is important. The people you care for wouldn't have as much if any quality of life without you. It's a taxing job. Remember to take care of yourself.

Happy Pride Month! Exclusion runs rampant in the community. Misrepresentation & ridicule happens without the unnecessary divide within the community itself. All of the LGBTQ+ should celebrate each other & the progress they have made.

For my family mothers day was a dinner together. Others aren't so lucky. My heartaches for those who are not safe, especially on a day specially made to celebrate themselves. No matter where they are on the globe I hope them & their families are fed, healthy, safe, & have shelter
