It was a genuine honour and quite an eye opener to see the efforts for accessibility. Oversights exist but we'll only see true inclusion if all PWDs from India share their needs and use the services.

@_PVRCinemas @bookmyshow could you explain the provision for accessible seating and specifically the incorrect symbols used to denote seating for a wheelchair user? A good start would be acknowledgement of the fiasco. Then let's meet in person with PWDs for inclusive solutions.

@pvrcinemas_official, at PVR Juhu turned out to be a disappointing experience for us. Being labeled wheelchair accessible on @bookmyshow , there were over 10 steps, making it inaccessible. A collapsible ramp or updated accessibility definition is needed. Need Answers.
