This is hilarous. I thought Netflix would up their bid, maybe another 5-10%. But they said "nah, we'll just take the $2.8 billion and walk away."

Now Paramount is left with the largest leverage buyout in history while Netflix is printing cash.

Netflix should immedietly turn back on the buyback machine and pick up as many shares as possible under $100.
