Seeing a transaction and being able to move the money are two different permissions.

Each financial institution runs its own EVM-compatible sovereign ledger inside its own environment. Selected activity can then connect through controlled bridges to Rayls Private Networks or the Rayls Public Chain.

But seeing the records doesn’t have to mean controlling the assets.

For Private Network activity, Rayls separates sign keys from view keys.

The sign key authorizes transactions.

The view key gives an authorized party visibility without giving them the ability to spend, because they don’t have the signing key.

And this isn’t just a permission in an admin panel. The separation is cryptographic.

So an auditor can get visibility into the relevant records without becoming another transaction signer.

That means an institution can expose specific information for review without handing over the authority to act.

With @RaylsLabs Sovereign, that separation is built into the cryptographic design.

Tuesday was collection day.

By noon the app said the bins were collected. The bins were still full at the curb.

I took a photo of both bins with the street behind them. The time is printed on the picture.

The form sent a saved reply. It said the route was complete.

The next collection day the same thing happened.

The app said the bins were collected. The bins did not move. I stopped reporting it.

Episode 1 of Genesis opens on a Sunday night.

I watched that part and thought of the bins still sitting on the street. The picture already showed they had not been emptied.

Someone else had lost the keys to $150 million, and it was not even @kstellana's mistake.

Then the lawsuits ran for years. Then $14,000 was left in the account. The app said the work was done. The street said it was not.

@GenLayer can run a check like that.

LLM validators can look at the full bins and the time stamp on the picture.

They can judge whether the bins were actually emptied. They call them intelligent contracts.
