最稳定的 agent 系统，还是“智能工具”，而不是“类人助手”，能达到
- 无状态或极简状态
- 任务范围明确
- 可以单步校验
- 必要时人工介入
- 不维护长对话、不构建复杂 memory
中的几点，就已经很不错了

对 AI agent 很难有过高期待，有几点经验和教训，归根结底是数学问题，不是 prompt，不是模型能力。
1. 多步流程中的错误率指数增长
以每步 95% 成功率为例（已经很乐观）：
5 步：整体成功率 ≈ 77%
10 步：≈ 59%
20 步：≈ 36%
那些 demo 里展示所展示的，和现实混乱的场景的对比太残酷

2. token 成本增长太恐怖
很多人忽略了上下文窗口的成本增长是二次方级别的。
每次交互都需要重处理全部上下文：
对话越长，处理 token 越多
成本不是线性增长，是接近平方级
跑到 100 条对话，一次回复就可能烧掉几美元
根本撑不起成本
