@ignDuhream @NotTheToolMan @glitch_prod Our issue is that we preordered two items in April, when the site said the batch would ship in June. Item one started tracking the same day and made it here fine. Bubble got a created shipping label and nothing since.

@UPS My package was delivered to the wrong state. Your customer service just keeps saying they have a clear delivery picture. It’s of someone else’s house. It has been days, and customer service advised they will not attempt to retrieve the package.
