Very disappointed with my recent @Uber scheduled airport ride experience.

The driver showed as “en route” for ~30 minutes without moving, then canceled shortly after I attempted to contact them. This was transportation for an international flight where timing mattered.

Support repeatedly responded only that I wasn’t charged a cancellation fee, then closed the ticket without addressing the actual service failure or compensation request. I also can no longer respond because the case is now over 30 days old.
