@Utilitywaremal UW are a joke!!! Can’t arrange a simple house move, notified you 6 weeks before, told it would be a smooth switch. Had to call 2 weeks after move, apologised that it had gone wrong promised it was fixed. Back on phone again 3 weeks later still not fixed!!!!!
