Finally started potty training today with our kid who talks more. Hard to get autistic kids to understand you, let alone understand something they know is wrong is actually ok.

But it's also cute to hear them try and reassure themselves with a limited vocabulary.

In addition to the boys being autistic, one of the boys is hyperlexic and already spelling though he doesn't really talk.

Always give my wife credit, but since my accident on the first, she has really knocked it out of the park.

It also made me realize how much my boys are a part of my soul, & I was depressed in the hospital without them.
