@zeptocares It’s not about refund anymore. It’s clearly about a customer’s trust on a company. We do have several quick commerce alternatives available in the market. Customer experience should have been your company’s top priority but sadly, this experience has lost my trust on Zepto

Order not delivered but showing delivered. Sent proof to customer care but they refused to provide any resolution. Delivery guy has also not been picking Zepto and my calls.

@zeptocares I have explained n no. of times I genuinely haven’t received the order. If the delivery executive had really delivered the order, he would have told that I had delivered on xx floor to yy person but he chose not to pick up calls. I don’t get why this is not a concern for Zepto

@zeptocares Hi Titus, all I am hearing from Zepto is your records are showing order delivered, hence we can’t process the refund. We have noted your feedback and will ensure this will not happen in future.
Zepto customer care is failing to understand the customer pov here.

When I placed the order, it was showing “Arriving in 13 minutes” and after 26 min it showed “delivered”
Delivery guy acted suspicious on the brief call that happened
He cut the call mid conversation and never picked
Society entry app is not showing any entry

Customer care executive and senior executive kept saying that their records are showing order is delivered, hence they cannot process refund. But as a customer, there is no resolution to this issue. Clearly, there is a flaw in Zepto’s mechanism which can’t identify bad behaviours

I shared proof of society entry app where it asks for residents’ approvals and there is no entry on the app. Checked with flatmates and they also didn’t receive any entry or order.
Delivery guy sounded v fishy on the call and cut the call mid conversation and never picked then
