@damienwoody Many more mass shootings in inner cities and we defund police. Chicago is having record year of gun deaths but we only talk about the mass murders by mentally ill. Penalty for illegal gun ownership should be a real deterrent. Most guns used in inner cities are not legal owner.

@ochocinco How about thinking outside the box and put meaningful deterrents in place for the 300 millions guns already out there. Why not make the penalty for illegal ownership, carry, discharge, etc much more stringent. Carry a gun illegally or get caught with illegal gun = 15 years!!
