I’ve been incredibly fortunate to participate in a single-patient investigational new drug (IND) protocol with the goal of reducing my risk of colon cancer recurrence after my extended right hemicolectomy surgery last year.

There is so much potential in these immune-based protocols, and I hope every day for positive study results and ultimately, access for anyone who may benefit from them.

The best news: my latest bloodwork showed a very low CEA, and my Signatera test showed ZERO detectable circulating tumor DNA. 🙏🏼

My next big milestone is March: two years from surgery with no recurrence.

For now, I’m feeling strong, grateful, and hopeful—and confident that my immune system is alert and ready for whatever comes next. 💪🏼

$IBRX FDA stalling Anktiva while Keytruda’s patent runs out in 2028? This isn’t bureaucracy- it’s regulatory capture. They’ve done it before. In the 90s, FDA’s generic drug director was convicted of perjury for taking bribes from pharma. Another FDA chemist got five years for insider trading on secret approval data. Now Anktiva’s papillary-only expansion is stuck with a January 2027 PDUFA date. Back in January 2025, FDA leadership told ImmunityBio to submit based on existing data. Then in May 2025 they hit it with a Refusal to File. Coincidence? Or protecting Big Pharma’s billions? The pattern is clear to me. What do you think?

Either way, ImmunityBio will continue to have impressive growth(international), with or without FDA approval
