@easyJet@easyJetCustHelp I was told last night we would have to sleep on the floor at the airport because there was no rooms. We only got a hotel because I told them it was not acceptable. Why does it take that to get the customer service we deserve.
@easyJet@easyJetCustHelp The plane has no food or drink and you will not provide us with another voucher. Ive had to buy a sandwich and a pepsi for almost 9 euros for the plane 3 hours before the flight. I do not look forward to drinking a hot pepsi on the plane. #notacceptable
@easyJet@easyJetCustHelp according to your rep here its our fault the flight was cancelled and not yours. Ive had been threatened with the police for asking question and have been shouted at by the supervisors and been told lie after lie. Disappointed to say the least.
