Despite the nationwide shift to E20 petrol, the large majority of vehicles currently on Indian roads estimated at over 80โ90%, are not certified as E20-compliant. As we know most of the pre-2023 models were designed only for E10 or lower blends!
For most INDIANs, our vehicle is the second most expensive asset that we will purchase!

Paid lifetime Road Tax up to 2039 for an E10 vehicle, but the pumps only sell E20?
From a common man's Activa to a luxury Mercedes, millions of vehicles across all strata of society face voided warranties and potential damages. Yet ministers claim "no risk." Do they know more about engineering than the makers who wrote "Up to E10 Only" in the manuals?
Are these auto majors "anti-national" for sabotaging India's fuel vision, or is the tax-paying consumer just a financial scapegoat?
Warranty voided on paper, reassured by netas' hollow talks. Who pays when the fuel lines degrade?
Join the protest against forced E20 fuel on July 5 at Jantar Mantar. Stand up for your rights!

Rahul Gandhi will never attack Nitin Gadkari despite knowing that his sons run an ethanol company whose revenue went from 18 crore to 723 crore in a year, but ill tell you exactly why in a bit.
Gadkari sir is rooting for ethanol blending since 10 years now, this policy literally converts each sugar mill into an ethanol factory.
But who owns the sugar mills of India?
In Maharashtra alone, 104 out of 207 mills are private, and almost every single one is owned by a politician.
Sharad Pawar's late nephew Ajit Pawar controls 6 mills with 58,000 TCD capacity, the biggest sugar baron in the country.
The Vilasrao Deshmukh family runs 10 mills through Manjara Group.
Vijaysinh Mohite Patil, Jayant Patil, Vishwajeet Kadam, the entire Maharashtra Congress and NCP leadership runs sugar empires.
In Karnataka, 33 of 34 private mills are owned by politicians. The Jarkiholi brothers, M B Patil, Murugesh Nirani, Prabhakar Kore, S Shivashankarappa, all Congress, all sugar barons.
Now do you see the problem yet? When ethanol blending goes from 5% to 20%, every single one of these politician-owned mills makes crores in extra revenue.
Gadkari's sons made 700 crore. But the Pawars, the Deshmukhs, the Patils, the Jarkiholis, they ALL made their cut.
The worst part is that these mills dont even pay their bills
The Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghtana estimates that of ~180 defaulting mills in Maharashtra, 77 are linked to BJP, 53 to NCP, 43 to Congress and the rest to Shiv Sena leaders
Inko kuch nahi kehna hai, kyunki sab ek hi dhandhe mein hain.
This is not a Gadkari problem. This is a sugar lobby problem that runs across every party. The opposition cannot attack the ethanol policy because their own MLAs would be the next target.
The moment Rahul attacks ethanol, his own MLAs become the next headline.
Indians are busy fighting tu leftist mai rashtravadi but only the smart ones know the real game.
Be smart and get prepared for 100% ethanol, a world without diesel.
The whole of India is just one failed monsoon away from a drinking water crisis.
Yet we are sacrificing land, water, forests, and food security at the altar of ethanol instead of safeguarding our water future.
A bad strategy can be repaired.
A divided throne cannot govern.
This essay is about what happens when leadership refuses to name which goal wins when two important goods collide.
Mumbai has a shiny new airport. The Navi Mumbai International Airport โ code: NMI โmodern, and fully committed to being as inconvenient as humanly possible.
Like a luxury hotel at the end of a dirt road with no address on Google Maps. Someone made the call to open an international airport, redirect flights to it, and then essentially say โ figure it out, buddy. No cabs. No signal. No metro. But look, the interiors are nice.
Let's start with the most basic of problems: people are accidentally booking it. When you search "BOM" โ Mumbai's original airport code โ NMI helpfully appears in the dropdown too. A few friends of mine found this out the hard way. They booked what they thought was a flight into the city, and instead landed somewhere between the outskirts of Panvel and Pen.
To be fair, all airports are far from the city. You accept it. But Navi Mumbai's airport seems to have taken every inconvenience known to the aviation world and put them all in one place.
My brother flew out from there recently after visiting his in-laws in Panvel. Yes, just a few kilometers from airport. He said he would have happily gone back to Andheri โ which, if you know my brother's feelings about Andheri traffic, is saying something. There was no Uber. There was no Ola. The local taxi drivers, fully aware of this, quoted double the fare โ because, as they explained without a trace of embarrassment, they'd have to drive back empty. Fair logic.
And here is the part that truly do not belong to any airport terminal: there is no mobile connectivity inside the airport. So you cannot book a cab online. Before you land. Or after. The signal just does not exist. There are reports that this has been fixed, but passengers are still complaining.
If your final destination is Raigad and beyond, this airport is your dream come true. No long drive, no traffic snarl, no existential highway toll experience. For those people, NMI is an absolute gift. But here is the thing. No one is going to Raigad.
There's a metro coming. Great news. It will be ready in approximately five years.

Three punches in a row.
First, GST on online gaming jumped to 28% on deposits. Dream11 took the hit and rebuilt the business.
Then the government banned real-money gaming. They took the hit again and pivoted to sports and stocks.
Today, the courts upheld retrospective GST โ paying tax on years of past operations under rules that didn't exist at the time.
No company survives a third punch like that. It will wipe out the whole industry.
@harshjain85 and the @Dream11 team built something super special. They complied with every rule, always looked after their users, absorbed every increase, and never asked for sympathy. Just kept building.
What got upheld today doesn't punish bad actors. It punishes builders.
The silence on Twitter is the most depressing part of all this. I really hope the government reconsiders โ there is still a way to save this industry and the people who built it.
I have just finished reading the FIR copy of the POCSO case registered against Bandi Bhagirath. The respected Union Minister already knew about his sonโs behavior. And that โinnocentโ 25-year-old son also clearly knew what he had done.
According to the FIR, Bandi Bhagirath got acquainted with the victim through mutual friends. Later, he trapped her through Instagram and Snapchat and developed a friendship with her. He always knew her age.
On December 31, 2025, he allegedly invited her to a party at a farmhouse in Moinabad on the outskirts of Hyderabad along with friends. That night, he allegedly forced her to consume alcohol. She refused, but around 1:30โ2:00 a.m., while she was unconscious, he allegedly entered her room and sexually assaulted her.
The next morning, the accused allegedly sent messages apologizing for his behavior. He knew what he had done was wrong. He kept messaging her continuously. The victim was left deeply traumatized. In those chats, he allegedly acknowledged the physical and mental trauma caused to the minor girl.
These chats were submitted to the police.
On January 7, 2026, he blocked the girl. But on January 13, he messaged the victimโs mother asking about her well-being.
From the FIR:
โThereafter, we received credible information that Bhagirath was spreading personal information/photos of my daughter and engaging in defamatory propaganda, which further aggravated her mental distress.โ
On January 19 and January 26, the minor victim allegedly attempted suicide. Only then did the parents come to know the full extent of what had happened.
It is alleged that the family was threatened with false cases in police stations across the state. There are also allegations that a false case was filed against the victim at Nirmal Police Station.
From the FIR:
โFurther, on April 22, 2026, a person named Sangappa, claiming to have links with influential people, visited our residence and arranged a meeting with Shri Bandi Sanjay Kumar on April 23, 2026. During these discussions, under the pretext of counseling both my daughter and his son, we were indirectly pressured to compromise and were advised to sign papers at Nirmal Police Station. The comments made during the meeting created severe fear and anxiety in us, especially since my daughter is a minor.โ
These are only some parts of the FIR. Reading the full copy reportedly reveals how explosive the allegations are. The mental trauma suffered by the minor victim and her family is said to be beyond words.
Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar should be ashamed for issuing a statement yesterday claiming that an innocent BC leader like him is being targeted.
For your information โ the minor victim also belongs to the BC community.
According to information directly known to some people involved, when the Union Minister met the victim and her family, he allegedly insulted the victim and questioned her character, reportedly insisting that whatever happened was her fault and not his sonโs. The family allegedly left devastated.
If Bandi Sanjay had any sense of responsibility, he should have slapped his accused son and demanded an impartial investigation when meeting the victimโs family.
The victimโs family has reportedly submitted all evidence to the Telangana Police.
Even after more than 40 hours since the FIR was registered, the accused Bandi Bhagirath is allegedly still moving around freely.
Apart from a few social media posts, the Telangana Congress leadership has largely remained silent. Leaders are silent. Indian National Congress
The Chief Minister, who is also the Home Minister, is being accused of playing the role of Dhritarashtra

Hey @Tejasvi_Surya you are a disgrace to the Kannada land. You should better relocate to one of the BIMARU states and work for them instead of serving the BIMARU interests after getting elected as an MP from Karnataka.
Iโm a Telugu journalist based out of Hyderabad and Iโm writing this on behalf of EVERY SOUTH INDIAN STATE.
India needs to pay URGENT attention !!
This is not delimitation. This is political punishment.
Punishment for controlling population.
Punishment for investing in education.
Punishment for doing exactly what the nation asked us to do.
For decades, South Indian states acted responsibly , built human capital, strengthened public systems, and contributed disproportionately to Indiaโs economy.
And now, the reward?
Fewer voices in Parliament.
Let that sink in.
States that governed better are being pushed to the margins, while political power shifts purely on population numbers.
This is not federalism. This is a structural imbalance in the making.
Is India still a Union of States or are we heading toward permanent dominance by a few, at the cost of others?
Representation cannot come at the cost of balance.
Democracy cannot mean silencing those who performed better.
If delimitation happens without safeguards, it wonโt just redraw constituencies , it will redraw the idea of India itself.
SOUTH INDIA IS NOT ASKING FOR PRIVELEGE.
It is asking for fairness.

They tried to win South India
They tried to manipulate South India
They tried to intimidate South India
They tried to divide South India
They failed, again and again
So now they want to make South India irrelevant for Parliament majority
Itโs up to the Southern states to prevent this Delimitation bill from passing, otherwise they risk becoming irrelevant. As it is all the gains go to the North- with no onus to perform at all
