@asda your duck sold in a box with a picture of pancakes on the outside does not contain the pancakes but has the sauce! Many people dont live near somewhere that sells the pancakes or will expect them to be included
@jet2tweets just experienced appalling customer service with Jet2. They lost then broke my suitcase, then denied I had flown with them then closed the complaint!!!!

@virginmedia Yes I have raised numerous formal complaints. each time i get told it has been resolved which is untrue. i have asked for confirmation of deadlock and been told that takes 28 days!
@virginmedia@richardbranson as i have been holding for 46 hours on your whatsApp chat since passing security I would agree it is not instant!!! Is there any customer service at Virgin. Phone lines been the same since emails went on 19th June!

@virginmedia emails!! II have been holding on whats app chat for 75 hours!!! Nothing really advised as they just cut me off then i hold for another 24 hours waiting to get through again. at 8am this morning they asked if i still wanted help but no reply since i said yes!!
