This is to bring to your attention that I was booking a flight from HYD-JED using the Saudi Airlines app. I paid the amount for the booking but on your portal it showed payment failed. I also raised it to the representative who initiated no: R_2927186.

@IndiGo6E the least you could do is pretend to care when you had a booking from this aviation reviewer who is just shy of 900,000 subscribers (@gotravelyourway ). Because of such lackadaisical service we Indians feel second hand embarrassment. Do better!
