The proposed bill is saying any future contracts with the state would need to agree to operate 7 days a week. CFA can not open any more locations if they don’t like the terms.

@Calculusman4 @davidcd0418 Bill applies to businesses operating on public lands (highway rest areas) and is only for future state contracts (if CFA wants to open more rest area locations in NY they would need to open 7 days). This does not apply to the 2 CFA rest stops in NY which both have 30yr contracts
