So @McDonaldsUK and @ubereats_uk how do you manage to forget to include a burger in an order that only contains two burgers ? Thus ruining the entire meal, then offering a partial refund as the drink and sides WERE delivered? Which can take up to 15 days to be refunded….

@santanderukhelp It does this literally every day, multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled makes no difference, just had yet another embarrassing moment at checkout whilst trying to transfer funds. Would love it if someone from your complaints team could call me about this.
