Honestly, there is no such thing as failure. There are thousands of steps in a journey. Just because you didn't get to the place you thought you'd get, doesn't mean shit in the grand scheme of things. You learned something in the process. You made progress along the way. Those are wins, not losses. Trust me I practice what I preach. Keep chugging away. I got there and so can anyone.

An oldie but a goodie. You can’t fault his logic

I mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had a cold beer.

The day was really quite beautiful, and the drink facilitated some deep thinking.

My wife walked by and asked me what I was doing,and I said, "Nothing."

The reason I said "nothing" instead of saying "just thinking" is because she then

would have asked, "About what?"

At that point I would have had to explain that men are deep thinkers about various

topics, which would lead to other questions.

Finally, I pondered an age-old question: Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the nuts?

Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked

in the nuts, but how could they know?

Well, after another beer and some more heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with

an answer to that question.

Getting kicked in the nuts is more painful than having a baby and even though I obviously

couldn't really know, here is the reason for my conclusion:

A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, "It might be nice to have another child."

But you never hear a guy say, "You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts."

I rest my case. Time for another beer. Then maybe a nap.

@JohnnyPic51 Good for whoever bought it. Start with the name then build the brand. Rome wasn't built in a day. But it lasted 2,000 years. When in Las Vegas use a .vegas domain name. Why not?

I agree. Most geo-tlds are underutilized. I blame this mostly on the web design community who ceases to realize the importance of these domain names and sticks with the status quo, .com, for example. They have zero creativity or foresight. The internet is changing me so are users.

I don't think the average person understands the warrior mentality. When a fight erupts, something inside the warrior is triggered. It's almost automatic. I saw it over and over in Vietnam. When our soldiers were in trouble we ran to the fight. We never thought about ourselves, or dying or what we were going to do next. We just went at it with all we had until we were called off or couldn't go any longer. We never had time to be scared. That only came later.
