You look amazing! I am 55 and was also in the best shape of my life until my neck pinched my nerve roots during an overhead press on May 31. Now I’m stuck in bed and lost my gains while waiting for ACDF surgery on Friday July 24. Be careful with your spine and stay away from high impact activities!
