The Democrats have made clear that they want to take over Congress in the midterm elections for two purposes: 1. to destroy our constitutional construct and 2. to obstruct and destroy the Trump presidency with endless investigations of the president, his family, and his staff.  The Woke Reich podcasters and their ilk have made clear that they intend to do all they can to undermine the Trump presidency, as they partner with the Democrats and the media.

Those of us who love this Republic and believe, as I do, that President Trump and his administration are truly historic, and that they have already taken action on a myriad of cultural and policy fronts to reverse the damage done to our society, and are daily trying to do much more, must be prepared to fight back against the Marxist-Islamist Democrats, their media, and the Woke Reich or we will lose this Republic.  Unfortunately, every election cycle is now a critical battle in this societal war.  

The Democrats started the fight over extreme gerrymandering in hopes of permanently controlling the House; the Democrats opened wide the borders to change the citizenry, destroy the culture, exploit birthright citizenship, control congressional majorities and own the Electoral College (if they don't eliminate it first); the Democrats have packed the lower courts with radical activists and promise to destroy the Supreme Court by turning it into their ideological rubber stamp; the Democrats have monopoly control over our public schools and universities; the Democrats populate most of our media; the Democrats undermine law enforcement at every level; the Democrats seek to destroy capitalism and private property rights and replace it with socialism; and now, the Democrats are nominating and electing Marxists and Islamists to Congress regardless of their ties to Nazism, Communism, or terrorism.  Where President Trump can, he is pushing back hard.  But in the end, it is up to us, we, the people.

President Trump and his team are well aware of all of this.  And they are in the trenches battling these forces and movements.  This is why the Democrats and their ilk desperately used every legal, political, and media tool possible to try and prevent POTUS's re-election.  And they are not done, bragging about how they will impeach the president a third time if they take the House.  The Democrats put party ahead of country -- indeed, ahead of everything else.

Make no mistake.  This is OUR war and these are our battles.  Regardless of minor differences we may have with each other, we must stay focused on the big picture.

But you are completely wrong on the impeachment fiasco.

Every reputable observed recognized it for what it was -- an effort to derail Paxton from replacing Abbott at the top of the State Party. The House Speaker who organized the impeachment effort was censured by the State GOP, then lost his next House election contest for Speaker, and then resigned from the State House.

His personal foibles are his to own. But he's in a VERY LONG LINE of politicians if that's all you have on him.

It's become "conventional wisdom" that he's somehow a terrible candidate.

But most of that is Establishment GOP and Beltway chatter that was only motivated by a desire to protect Cornyn from him in the next primary.
