Nowadays pure cheating and fraud from Oyo. I have given a room which nowhere similar to what mentioned in the site rather in pathetic condition. Didn't check in and cancelled. But Oyo have charged me for full payment.

True, I called them number of times, everytime they put me on hold atleast for 20mins and after hearing all the issues disconnecting the calls.
