So @ATT & @ATTHelp isn’t interested in resolving overcharges to my acct 4 the last 30 months. Being a loyal customer to companies like @ATT doesn’t matter to them bc they just want your money even when they know they are wrong. Pretty sad that they admit it but won’t do anything

Been on hold on and off for almost 2 hours for a task that should have taken 10-15 with @VivintHome. Horrible customer service experience with this company.
Talk about the worst customer service @VivintHome ever. How do customers put up with such horrible customer service ? So glad I will no longer be dealing with this company.
Is anyone else having problems with @EchoLogistics? I’ve been working with my sales rep (who hasn’t been very helpful), on a claim for a shipment that a carrier lost. I’m being told I have to pay an open invoice for the freight on this lost shipment, when it was never delivered.
@FedExHelp Is there someone that can help resolve over billing for a business account? The company I work for has been over billed 10K and my rep hasn’t done much to resolve this. I’ve been dealing with this since February of this year. Anyone else having @FedEx billing issues?
@FedExHelp Latasha I called and got no help. I was told to contact my account executive who hasn’t resolved this problem. We have been over billed 10K since Oct of 2020 and no one is willing to help @FedExHelp or @FedEx.
@FedExHelp@FedEx Our Sales Rep has had all the info that is needed for several months. We have been over billed 10K and we were offered a credit of $400. Terrible customer service.
