Saying that Burrow, Higgins and Chase contracts are preventing them from getting good players is kind of a lazy argument, IMO. The Bengals problem has been to refuse to sign FA's and trade in the modern era... something they seemed to have rectified this offseason. The FO finally put up... now it's time for the players and coaching to do their part. The jury's still out, but more optimistic than I have been in a few years.
