I ordered headphone via @SwiggyInstamart @Swiggy and they told me they had no exchange
They said they will issue me coupon amount of Rs.1715 but I was not informed that they will issue 4 coupons instead of single one?
Do representatives not know what they're telling the customer

But why was this condition hidden that 4 coupons will be given to me? Do representatives not know their own terms

This is so disappointing behaviour
