@zombie_mustard I think you just need to look for calorie dense foods you can consume a little of that you can get a high calorie intake off of. And if you seriously canβt gain weight after eating the required calorie intake for you to gain weight Iβd go to the doctor and ask for their opinion
@zombie_mustard Are you eating the right foods twin because if youβre eating low nutrient packed food with not enough calories youβre going to have to eat a lot. Iβd incorporate way more nuts, avocado, and high fat foods. So youβre eating way less for more calories
