@Gladwell I meant to write an article about humor at work but ended up with this. I didn't realize how inspired I was by your latest series on mistakes. Thank you. https://t.co/yqUhI0Wpun
Having a wonderful time at #CHROExchange talking about data lakes, data mapping and core people systems. And that was just the lunch convo. @ty_weeks you’d be so proud of me preaching the power of knowing how data works in HR.
@TalentBrandMgr So what would you do if you were considering candidates for a creative role that didn’t have publicly available portfolios? How would you structure a work sample test so that candidates didn’t feel they were being tricked into giving free services?
@TalentBrandMgr Work samples are a more egalitarian way of assessing your capabilities. In fact it is one of the best predictors of performance. Interviews alone are often no better than random at picking high performers. When does a work sample test bridge over into free work?
It's important for me to be part of making the world a better place. I'm grateful for @Hiredscore, the recruiters supporting our healthcare and pharmaceutical customers, and our partners in the the TA Tech industry. It takes a village.

@beena_ammanath and @ReidBlackman I love the call out about the difference between ethics and compliance. This is a foundational confusion that is limiting the success of #EthicalAI in the enterprise.

The right AI technology is a critical factor in why recruiters stay or leave.
Bold statement, right?
Hear them out. On Friday, Mar. 4, 12 p.m. (ET) join @Madtarquin, @ty_weeks, and our own Elyse Mayer as they make their case.
