Here’s something that a LOT of people don’t know about what’s actually going on with Delhi Police.

CJP’s Saurav Das & Ashutosh Ranka have been sent to 2 more days of judicial custody in Tihar Jail.

By a judicial court? NO.

They have been kept in Tihar Jail for the last 6 days on the order of a Special Executive Magistrate (SEM).

Who is an SEM? He is an ACP-rank (junior) police officer of Delhi Police appointed by the state govt.

Therefore, Delhi Police arrested Saurav & Ashutosh & now a Delhi Police ACP (acting as SEM) is keeping them in jail.

There’s no FIR against them. There’s also no judicial order.

Delhi Police are the accusers & well as the judge when it comes to keeping them in jail.

That’s how messed up it is.

Over 100 officials in Bihar replied to RTIs.
Number of foreigners found on record? ZERO.

The Supreme Court told ECI to send every "not a citizen" case to Shah's own Home Ministry.
It is not publicly known if ECI ever sent that list.

So Shah ji, answer one question:
If SIR was to catch infiltrators, where is the list?
Not one name. Not one record. Not one deportation from 13.39 crore deletions.

Bro, imagine the watchman of your building tells the whole society you're an illegal outsider.
Neighbours stop talking to your family. Your kids are asked questions at the gate.
Then the society asks him for the register where he noted it.
There is no register. He never wrote anything down.

That's what Shah did to Rahul Gandhi, and to every deleted voter, on national TV.

Shah ji, you are the Home Minister. Your ministry gets the list. Show it.
