The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust rescues and hand-rears orphaned infant Hippos, like their latest rescue, Bumpy.

Found huddled beside his deceased mother in Naivasha, Bumpy now resides at the Trust's Kaluku Unit, where keepers provide round-the-clock milk feeds, cuddles, and a dedicated pool.

Look at his little ears fluttering ❤️.

Elephants are so remarkably intuitive. Mzinga knows that Zuri is still settling in and pays her special attention. This evening escort home helps to set our newbie up for a peaceful, good night's sleep.
