Build bridges instead of culverts. Create wildlife over/underpasses as part of road projects. Fund thru vehicle fees/energy taxes

@BuzzFeedNews I disagreed with GW Bush politically, but he and his Dad always respected the institutions of this country and never felt they were bigger than the office or the job. It’s all class. Four years of Trump was a departure from our pursuit of a more perfect union. Great to be back!
