"Who are you trying to impress?"
I get that question more than you'd think.
When I train like my life depends on it, when I eat like it matters, when I say I want to live to 125...some people just don't get it.
So here's the honest answer.
I'm doing this for the version of me that didn't think he'd make it out.
The addict.
The bankrupt.
The man who was this close to giving up on everything.
I'm doing it for my kids so they grow up watching what redemption actually looks like in real life, not in a speech, not in a book, but in the way their father shows up every single day.
For the grandkids I haven't met yet.
And above all for God, because this body is on loan and I take that seriously.
This isn't about likes or a six pack or being the guy who looks good at 44.
This is my second chance and I refuse to waste it...
Peptides won’t work if:
• You sleep 5 hours
• You live on caffeine
• You never lift
• You don’t run labs
• You eat seed oils
• You drink every weekend
• You expect results without discipline
Fix the foundation first and let the peptides do their job.
Meet Seth Pennington (our new CEO at FitScript).
14 months ago: VP at a $150M company, new dad, stressed, burned out, worst shape of his life.
Two years before that: 675 lb deadlift, completed the 666 challenge (600 lb squat, 600 lb deadlift, sub-6 minute mile).
But life got loud.
Like it does for most men, his health was the first thing to go.
We ran his labs.
Built his protocol.
He executed.
Result: 40+ lbs down, strength up, energy back (he even came off TRT during the process)
If this doesn't prove you're one decision away from changing your life, I don't know what does.
P.S. Ready to lose fat and rebuild your health?
Message me "IN" and we'll show you exactly how to start.
The first and most important thing you need to focus on to lose weight?
Your diet.
The meal plan we used:
⤑ 3 meals a day, spaced 5 hours apart.
PS. We ate whole foods, stayed in a deficit & never mixed fats with carbs:
A few weeks ago, I posted a story of my son on Instagram…
And I got dozens of DMs making fun of his weight and Asperger’s.
All I want to say to you is: THANK YOU.
I could have easily hidden the messages I received, but instead I showed them to him and said:
“Read these son – not to hurt you, but to prepare you.”
He looked at me and said:
“I don’t care, dad.”
“You taught me to be mentally tough.”
“If anything, this motivates me to finish what I started.”
“Dad, I promise you, I’m gonna get there.”
He battles daily with sensory issues, mood shifts & emotional regulation.
Food is his comfort.
Discipline is his mountain.
AND HE’S CLIMBING IT.
So to the people who tried to break him – you gave him something I never could:
Proof that he’s already stronger than you.
As fathers, our job isn’t to protect our sons from hardship.
It’s to teach them that suffering is part of life, and that what matters most is staying grounded and continuing to push forward no matter how hard life punches.
That’s how real men are built.
I love you, son. And I am proud of you.
@GiannaRuda@Pepto You mean like “I risked my life for that bottle of pepto but it was worth it bc it made me feel better”? That basically sums it up lol
