@ACakes20 @googlenesthelp Happened to me with all @googlenest devices stopped working 6 weeks ago. I am 5 weeks into "support" they admit its on their side, and "there is no eta for a resolution at this time" thousands of dollars and time wasted. They do not care about you or the products.

@ominousbliss @googlenest You don't want them as a security system. They don't care about your safety. All of my nest products stopped working at once after 5 years. Support said issue is on their side and "there is no eta for a resolution at this time". Safety is no concern of theirs.

@yangtheman @googlenest Yep, they don't care about thier product or customers. I am 5 weeks into a support issue on all Nest products and I was told "there is no eta for a resolution at this time" by a supposed tier 3 support rep.

@marcuslemonis @googlenest @googlenest systems are trash and @madebygoogle can't even support their own product long term. I am 5 weeks into support for an issue they admit is on their side and am told "there is no eta for a resolution at this time" @marcuslemonis be careful of the brands you endorse.

@madebygoogle Anyone who sees this, please recognize that @madebygoogle feigned support here as their social media team is instructed. 5 Weeks and I in-fact did not receive support that lead to a resolution, rather I was told there "is no eta on a resolution"
