@TheBobWinter @NielsPflaeging Agreed, but if you can't communicate appropriately about the system with those who need to understand it, what then? You can't emphasise hard v soft you need both. He blocked me rather then supporting someone's curiosity 😂 I didn't realise supporting a claim was such a big ask.
