@EthanLevins2 Why would they attack during civil unrest? They see that as more valuable. No matter if you agree on the idea that Russia targets civilians or not. Attacking civilian sites during this time would be one of the stupidest moves of the entire war for Russia. And both sides know it.

This equipment is filled with classified hardware they can't just scrapyard the equipment either. The destruction costs for the expired equipment would have been more than total aid given to Ukraine.
