My first lifetime sub-32 minute 10k.
Crazy to think that nearly 18 years earlier on March 24, 2006, I ran my previous lifetime best of 32:06.84 as a @DelawareTFXC junior at the Raleigh Relays.
Age is merely a construct.

Membership Has Its Perks
Combined both of the courses that athletes will run tomorrow at the 2023 @NCAATrackField DI Cross Country Championships into one workout this morning.
Had an aerobic tempo as I build toward the Aramco Houston Half Marathon in January.
This was the fifth Championships course(s) that I ran since 2018.
