@themattbank Carts only let you play as fast as the group in front of you. IMO, on a busy day where courses pack tee times 7mins apart, there is no difference in pace of play between walking and riding. If there’s a back up on any hole, pace of play with a cart is out the window.
@HockeytownRD Draft picks are a gamble regardless. Who knows if we wouldve even drafted him had we not traded the pick. The bigger fumbles is trading Walman & a pick away for nothing. Letting Ghostibere walk, signing Chiarot/Holl/Copp/etc to their contracts. These were all things he controlled
@willjohnsonbf1@Deeznutz0690690 I’m far from a Larkin fan, but basing it solely on stats is about as casual as it gets. Larkin is not a top 1C I agree, he’s a mid-bottom 1C, or probably a top 5 2C on any team in the league. For what it’s worth, I think he’d be a 1C in Minnesota
@Erybodyh8sIJ@JakobSanderson Talking about inaccurate throws to Rome, but not acknowledging who was throwing to Marv skews your entire statement. Lol. I’m not saying Marv hasn’t had his issues and drops, but Marv hasn’t seen a QB play anywhere remotely close to what Rome gets game after game
@JimCosta_ You don’t move the core. You discard the heavy baggage on the 3rd and 4th line. Paying 3+ mil to guys on the 3rd and 4th line who are not performing is what is dragging this team down. You free up that cap space, and can afford another 1/2 C and then complimentary depth
This is an every sport issue. I think a few MLB players have figured out the loophole though. Take the bare minimum you need to live, defer the rest until you plan on retiring and move to a tax free state. Ohtani did it first, others will follow.
maybe i’m too woke but i really think the nhl needs to do something about the unfair advantage teams in states with no income tax have.
a player making 13mill in toronto takes home less money than a player making 10mill in florida, so players will take less money
TOR vs FLA
I see things like this and feel bad for GW, but then I remember what Josh Gordon did for a few years while higher than a kite in Cleveland. No excuses for GW

Hey @SpiritAirlines since when is it okay for an entire plane full of people to sit on the Tarmac waiting for a gate. This is an absolute disaster. People deserve better treatment than this
