Excited to share our latest review article on TP53-mutated AML/MDS. Heartfelt thanks to our wonderful mentor Dr. Konopleva for her constant support, encouragement, and guidance.

Findings move us beyond who is eligible to how to intervene equitably, and strategically.
🔑Race/ethnicity influences the likelihood of belonging to certain marginalized groups, highlighting structural and intersectional pathways to disparity (vs. race alone as a direct cause).
One-size-fits-all interventions may not work.
🔹 Poor access → free screening programs, mobile units, system-level outreach
🔹 Healthier groups → shared decision-making support, simplified workflows, making screening easy rather than urgent
We assume lung cancer screening disparities are driven mainly by inequitable access
Our study shows the story is more nuanced
Using LCA, we found not only marginalized groups with poor access, but also “healthy” groups with low screening rates vs. people with COPD/poor health
Why do lung cancer screening rates remain low?
📊Socioeconomic & geographic disparities matter. Using multiple-group latent class analysis, we identified specific marginalized groups with low screening rates.
🎯Focusing resources on these groups may reduce lung cancer mortality.
Thrilled to announce that I’ve matched at Jacobi AECOM for Internal Medicine residency.
Looking forward to this new adventure!

pCR has been used as a surrogate marker for drug approval in high-risk early stage TNBC. Further study in surrogate marker for drug approval in early-stage TNBC is still warranted.
My research article got published!
We evaluated pathological complete response (pCR) for long-term survival in TNBC. There is no strong evidence to support the use of pCR as a surrogate marker for long-term survival at trial level.
