@BiltRewards The Bilt 2.0 card is NOT seamless! The customer service is seriously lacking! I was such a champion for your brand, and now I'm not sure I will return. This transition has been extremely frustrating! AI is not the answer for customer service.
VIE airport is SAVAGE AF!!! Passengers getting up as the plane is still TAXIING and passengers unpacking suitcases in the middle of a busy walkway through the duty free shops. Crazy!!!

@AirCanada I appreciate the meal voucher. Why are you sending the voucher after my delayed flight boarded (and after the posted departure time). Sadly every food stall at @yulaeroport is now closed! So a useless voucher. Lounge closed. No food open at YUL. ππΌ

The foccacia at #BreadandButterBK was out of this world! So good! I can't stop thinking about it! Definitely need to go back and try some other baked goods! (Must go back on the weekend though).
