Merit is having a background and achievements or degrees showing that you can do your job to a certain level that’s needs to be done. If it were the case, about race, should all asians be hired at a school to be a teacher?

@jeromytolkien @thom38541 @Human101Nature Yes I do. But in this new era of law enforcement with the majority of officers having body cams and with cctv footage it’s harder to do it. It still happens tho, agree on that. The majority of prison time is by being provided with evidence, rather than a catch and release.
