@RobKenned@Average_NY_Guy Counter: Unless your landlord owns the title AND deed, they still have to pay taxes, not to mention maintenance (note: very few people in America own a land deed)
@Average_NY_Guy It might be the goal: If the landlord has to sell, the city buys it
If the property becomes un-liveable, the city can force a sale
If the property taxes aren't paid, the city can seize the property
Plus, we all know how well any government takes care of housing
@MetamateDaz Devil's Advocate: So what happened is property tax and general maintenance going up, the landlord is a mom and pop one (more than likely living in the same house or building) and maintenance costs rise?
@rajmuker Are you kidding? He would have picked up Danhausen, put him on the private jet, and had limo service going to Newark Airport to NYC just so he can be at the Knicks parade
@SaintKnife5594@RazorFist It is becoming possible, but it is currently expensive, and you still have to go fix the errors. I made a 15-second movie clip for my RPG maker game with AI, and it still took it four times. Imagine if I tried a 2 hour movie.
@Canes The knights of gold stood tall against a hurricane in their castle, but the winds were too strong, too powerful, and the last thing the knights heard was a bonanza of brass
@GalacticMichi Remember, whenever you feel bad about your, it could be worse, you can have my art skills (none). This is supposed to be a female drow in a business suit, and her dragonborn butler
