Found a Chinese @ebay_uk seller with 39 eBay accounts & 30 different new VAT numbers. Same stock & location. VAT registered to same VAT agent address. Too difficult for @HMRCgovuk to work out @MelJStride? HMRC still only collecting 4% of VAT due from Overseas Sellers. Sort it out
