@VorticonCmdr looks to me that the carousel of sources to the right of the generative answer basically replace the Top Stories element. I don't see a big loss to publishers.

@gsterling @rustybrick @JoyanneHawkins As is well known, in many local service queries, businesses have a really tough time competing with aggregator sites so Google is unlikely to do away with, or significantly reduce, Local Packs in the long term.
According to Rank Ranger data, big drop on desktop, not on mobile.

@danielwaisberg Increasing the number of keywords (and their impressions, clicks etc) that can be pulled through the API will help SEOs get a fuller picture of their organic progress. Right now I think it's limited to 5K keywords.
