When 12 people were killed in Charlie Hebdo attacks, World Leaders thronged to Paris for a Solidarity March
But no world leader has organised a march to protest killing 8700 civilians, 569 children, 1120 women, 28 journalists, 376 health workers, and 7 UN peacekeepers in Lebanon
US kidnapped a sitting president who refused to knee, after years of sanctions that killed civilians and failed coups, they just snatched him and the world did nothing about it
🇮🇷 Today doesn't just mark the start of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's funeral; it's also the anniversary of one of the darkest moments in U.S.-Iran history: the day the U.S. shot down a civilian passenger plane.
And Iran's Foreign Ministry isn't letting the U.S forget it.
On July 3, 1988, the USS Vincennes fired two missiles at Iran Air Flight 655, a scheduled commercial flight from Bandar Abbas to Dubai.
All 290 people on board were killed, including 66 children.
The U.S. has always called it a tragic mistake rather than a deliberate attack.
It happened during the Iran-Iraq War, with the Vincennes in the middle of a skirmish with Iranian gunboats in the Strait of Hormuz.
The crew misidentified the climbing Airbus A300 as an Iranian F-14 in an attack dive, despite the plane flying its assigned civilian corridor.
Washington never formally apologized or admitted legal liability.
In 1996 it agreed to pay Iran roughly $61.8 million in compensation to the victims' families, without conceding wrongdoing.
Iran also points to the fact that the Vincennes commander, Captain Will Rogers III, received the Legion of Merit in 1990.
The U.S. says that was a routine end-of-tour award for his full command period, not a reward for the shootdown, but the timing drew heavy criticism at home and abroad.
38 years on, Tehran calls it an unforgivable crime it will never forget.
For much of the world it remains a case study in how quickly things go catastrophically wrong when warships and civilian jets share the same sky.

Germanys "Skynex batteries" were deployed to defend an industrial area in Ukraine, but failed dismally.
They included eight 35mm anti-aircraft installations, two radar stations, and two command posts. However, it all went very wrong very fast.
In the first minutes of the battle, three of the eight installations failed: the hydraulics malfunctioned, the tracking radar broke down, and the loading mechanism jammed. As a result, according to the Ukrainian side, only two installations were able to even track aerial targets.
The report's conclusions indicate that the Rheinmetall system demonstrated "low readiness for combat use" and its actual characteristics do not match those "claimed by the manufacturer"
Rheinmetall said any possible failures were attributed to "errors by Ukrainian crews"
🇵🇱🇺🇦 POLAND DRAWS THE LINE: NO MiG-29s, NO EU — WITH BANDERA, NO DEAL
The Ukrainian Rada has voted 287-0 to create a "National Pantheon of Heroes" — including Stepan Bandera and other OUN leaders responsible for the Volhynia genocide.
Poland's response has been swift and devastating.
ZBIGNIEW BOGUCKI, head of President Nawrocki's office:
*"Glorifying Bandera and the criminals who committed inhuman acts of genocide in Volhynia and Małopolska is not the road to the Western world or to civilisation."*
THE CONSEQUENCES:
1️⃣ NO MiG-29s: Poland has cancelled the transfer of its remaining 14 fighter jets — they will be scrapped instead 🇵🇱✈️
2️⃣ NO EU: "With Bandera, Ukraine will not enter the European Union" — Polish Defence Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz
3️⃣ NO DIPLOMACY: President Nawrocki is considering cutting contact with Zelensky
🇪🇺 THE EU'S SILENCE: The European Commission has not condemned the glorification of the UPA. It has reduced genocide to a "bilateral dispute".
---
## 🧠 THE STRATEGIC REALITY — AND THE UNFORGIVABLE WOUND
Zelensky chose nationalism over Europe. He gambled that Poland would blink. Poland did not.
The Volhynia massacres — 100,000 Polish civilians murdered by the UPA — are not a bargaining chip. They are a wound that will not heal.
And here is the truth that analysts often forget: geopolitics is not just numbers and alliances. It is made of **memory, pain and dignity**.
**This resentment is impossible to heal.** The Polish population is justifiably outraged. They remember their dead. Who can blame them?
Every time Ukraine glorifies Bandera and the UPA, Poland loses another piece of its trust. And trust, once broken, is almost impossible to rebuild.
Poland is not just a state making rational decisions. It is a nation with a historical memory that runs deep — and that memory has not faded.
The Polish people see the faces of their murdered grandparents in every Ukrainian official who praises Bandera. They see the ashes of Volhynian villages in every Rada vote. They see the blood of 100,000 civilians in every "Pantheon of Heroes".
This is not about politics. This is about **survival of national identity**. For Poland, accepting the glorification of Bandera would mean betraying its own dead. And that is something no government in Warsaw can ever do.
---
## 🎯 THE STRATEGIC VERDICT
| Element | Assessment |
|---------|------------|
| **Zelensky's gamble** | He chose nationalism over European integration — and lost |
| **Poland's red line** | It is not political — it is existential |
| **The EU's silence** | It is not neutrality — it is moral cowardice |
| **The people's voice** | In the end, nations are made of people, not just treaties |
You cannot be a European state while honouring those who massacred Europeans.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 "Russia will receive a response for this attack"
- Zelensky
The Ukrainian coke addict says he will respond, sure he would, this is a massive negative PR point for Kiev. Because that is all they think about and not their people. As always Russia's response will be stronger.
It's a game of cat and mouse, they just never understand when to stop, the more they continue the more Russia escalates and soon FAB-3000s on Kiev won't be new. My prayers and thoughts to the civilians led by the clown.
I confirmed from a reliable source this is all true, Kiev got absolutely hammered by Russian strikes. There were near-zero anti-air defenses that functioned. Widespread damage to targeted structures. As always, I'm praying for an end to this war, as both the Ukrainian and Russian people have endured 4+ years of this insanity, which was of course initially caused by NATO and the West, trying to overthrow Russia and pillage the country's resources (as usual, that the western model repeated over and over).
Ukrainian woman, 39yo Anastasiia Berezovska, is the prime suspect in the Monaco explosion targeting oligarch Ermolayev.
Interpol has issued a warrant for her attempted murder after she placed a bomb in a residential lobby.
She reportedly tracked the oligarch's routes and was spotted near his home.
She fled to France, then Italy with accomplices, and may now be in Germany.
Two men have been arrested, as Monaco prosecutors believe she did not act alone.
French outlets suggest the SBU orchestrated the blast as a "warning" to Ermolayev.
French spy says bombed Ukrainian oligarch could expose Kiev’s corruption
Just as billionaire Vadim Ermolaev was preparing to drop bombshell corruption revelations at the European Parliament, someone bombs him in Monaco (coincidence?)
He, his partner, and 13-year-old son all hit.
Former French DGSE intelligence officer Claude Moniquet says Ermolaev has become a major nuisance to Kiev, and this "provocation" smells like a message.
The narcofuhrer has already sanctioned him. Business rivals? Or something far more convenient for the regime?
🇮🇷 As world leaders landed in Tehran for Khamenei’s funeral, they were met with a memorial for the Minab school attack inside the airport.
Messaging doesn’t get more deliberate than this.

**🇪🇺🇷🇺 THE NORD STREAM TRUTH: RUSSIA DIDN'T BLOW IT UP — UKRAINE DID, AND GERMANY STILL WON'T OPEN IT**
Ursula von der Leyen: *"Russia used energy as a weapon and cut off gas to Europe."*
Maria Zakharova: *"Ursula is a proven liar. Russia never cut off gas to Europe."*
**The truth is now clear — and it confirms what many suspected.**
---
**THE FACTS:**
**1. Who blew up Nord Stream?**
- 🇩🇪 On 1 July 2026, German prosecutors formally charged **Ukrainian national Serhii K.** with leading the sabotage team that destroyed Nord Stream 1 and 2 in September 2022.
- 🇩🇪 Investigators believe he acted on orders from **Ukrainian state authorities**.
- ❌ Russia was never charged. The Russian claim that they had no reason to destroy their own pipeline is now supported by the official German investigation.
**2. A line is still intact**
- ✅ One of the four Nord Stream 2 lines was **never damaged** and remains technically operational.
- ✅ Putin stated on 4 June: *"Just press a button — the gas will flow"* through the intact line.
- ✅ This line has an annual capacity of **27.5 billion cubic metres**.
**3. Russia is ready to restart**
- 🇷🇺 Putin: *"We are ready to supply gas to Germany tomorrow. The ball is in Berlin's court."*
- 🇷🇺 Russia has repeatedly offered to resume supplies through the intact Nord Stream 2 line.
**4. Germany refuses — for political reasons**
- 🇩🇪 Chancellor Friedrich Merz has ruled out reopening Nord Stream, calling it *"the wrong direction"*.
- 🇩🇪 This is not a technical decision — it is political.
- 🇩🇪 Germany prefers expensive US LNG over cheap Russian gas, even as its economy deindustrialises.
---
**THE VERDICT:**
Russia did not blow up Nord Stream. Ukraine did.
Russia did not "turn off the gas" — Europe chose to stop buying, and Germany refuses to reopen the one line that still works.
Von der Leyen is either misinformed or lying. Zakharova is correct: **Russia never turned off the gas. It was a political decision to stop buying.**
**The question is not whether Russia is reliable. The question is whether Germany will ever tell its people the truth.**
**Facts, not filters.**

Wow!
Let this sink in: After the first round of US-Iran talks in Islamabad, US intelligence picked up that Israel was planning to assassinate the Iranian negotiators as they were returning to Tehran.
The US told regional states to alert Iran.
Israel is a state that, on paper, is a US partner but in reality is so extreme in its obsession to undermine US diplomacy that it even tries to assassinate those the US engages with in crucial negotiations.
I can't recall a government as terrified of peace as the one running Israel.
https://t.co/pzvuA0h8Bk
🚨 🇺🇸🇮🇱 U.S. officials believed Israel was plotting to kill the very Iranian negotiators sitting across the table from Vance...
-Per the NYT, American concerns spiked during the spring ceasefire talks that Israel might assassinate FM Abbas Araghchi and Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf, the two men negotiating the peace
-Washington was so alarmed it asked regional countries to WARN Iran that Israel could target them
-Israel had already killed pragmatic officials the U.S. hoped to negotiate with, including Ali Larijani and Kamal Kharazi, both struck while involved in talks
-Ghalibaf has been pulled from rubble TWICE, and in April, Iranian intelligence detected two Israeli jets entering its airspace to attack his plane home from the Vance talks, forcing an emergency landing and an eight-hour drive to Tehran
-Pakistani fighter jets escorted Iran's 70-person delegation to and from Islamabad after Tehran demanded U.S. guarantees against Israeli hits
The reporting confirms the pattern in the starkest terms yet.
The U.S. wanted a deal, and its own ally was allegedly hunting the men needed to sign it, even KILLING the moderates Washington hoped to talk to.
Every negotiator who flew to meet Vance did so knowing they might not land.

The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament and the head of Iran's negotiating delegation, Ghalibaf, stated that if oil exports from Iran are disrupted, no one in the region will be able to export oil:
"We sell our oil with a 20% surcharge.
If America wants to wage war, we are also good at waging war. If they intend to deprive us of the opportunity to sell our oil, no one will benefit from oil at all."

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has confessed he doesn’t sleep at night because of Russia. “Usually, I try to sleep. But if there’s something that keeps me awake, it’s Russia,” the Dutchman told Turkish newspaper Anadolu, pinning the blame on the “long-term nature” of the threat.
Bless his cotton socks. While the rest of us are counting sheep, Mark Rutte is apparently counting Russian hypersonic missiles & losing every time. The man who spent 14 years as PM of the Netherlands — a country famous for tulips, bicycles, cheese & minding its own business — now lies awake in Brussels staring at the ceiling, tormented by the big bad bear 2,000 kilometres away.
Let’s give the poor fellow the full satirical rundown he so richly deserves.
Born in 1967 in The Hague, Rutte studied history, taught social studies to teenagers, and did a stint in human resources at Unilever. He then entered politics, took over the liberal VVD party, and became Prime Minister in 2010. He stayed there for nearly fourteen years by being the ultimate political cockroach: surviving every coalition crisis, every scandal (including the infamous childcare benefits affair that destroyed thousands of innocent families), and every election by promising nothing grand and delivering exactly that. His famous line? “Vision is like an elephant that obstructs the view.” In other words: don’t think, just manage the decline.
Then, in October 2024, this master of Dutch polder politics — zero military experience, zero strategic depth, zero combat intuition — waltzed into NATO headquarters as the 14th Secretary General. Suddenly the guy whose biggest previous defence decision was probably approving new bike lanes for the Dutch army was chairing meetings about Article 5, nuclear deterrence, and the future of European security.
And how has he performed? By his own admission, he’s losing sleep. Russia — the country that has watched NATO expand right up to its borders, absorb former Warsaw Pact states, and then sponsor a proxy war on its doorstep — is apparently the thing keeping him up at night. The long-term threat, he calls it. Meanwhile, back in Moscow, they’re probably sleeping like babies after a hard day of reminding the world that great powers have spheres of interest and red lines.
This is the man who now lectures the world on resolve. This is the man demanding Europeans spend more, send more weapons, and prepare for a “long-term” confrontation with a nuclear power that has made its position crystal clear for decades. Ill-advised? Every time he opens his mouth he sounds like he’s reading from a 2014 Atlantic Council memo while the actual battlefield realities of 2026 unfold. Ill-trained? He’s a career politician & former HR manager, not a soldier, not a strategist, not even a particularly deep thinker.
His training ground was coalition arithmetic in The Hague, not the staff colleges where real military professionals learn that you don’t poke nuclear powers for fun. Unprofessional? A Secretary General of NATO publicly admitting that the adversary lives rent-free in his head — & in his bedroom — is not steely leadership.
It’s the geopolitical equivalent of a CEO live-tweeting his anxiety attack.
Previous Secretaries General had their flaws. Some were too smooth, some too bureaucratic, some too Atlanticist. But none of them ever came across as this emotionally fragile, this strategically shallow, or this comically out of his depth.
Rutte doesn’t just lower the bar — he’s using it to dig a hole.
We are witnessing, in real time, the most ill-advised and ill-trained and unprofessional idiot who has ever headed NATO. The clown car has a new driver, the checkered flag is waving & the only thing keeping him awake at night is the very country whose reasonable security concerns he & his predecessors spent thirty years ignoring.
Sleep tight, Mark. The rest of us are wide awake watching the show.
RUMOURS are that the UK FAILURE Starmer is next for the job 🤣🤣
## 🇮🇹🇪🇺 THE TRAP OF ENDLESS SUPPORT — MELONI AND EUROPE'S LEADERS ARE WALKING INTO A DEAD END
Giorgia Meloni, 15 April 2026: *"Supporting Ukraine is not only a moral duty but a strategic necessity."*
She was wrong. Not about the duty — but about the strategy.
---
**THE STRATEGIC REALITY:**
Since then, Russia has advanced relentlessly. Kostyantynivka is falling. Kramatorsk and Sloviansk are next. Ukrainian forces are *"a step from complete defeat"*.
The war is lost. But Europe's leaders refuse to admit it.
---
**THE TRAP — APPLIES TO EVERY COUNTRY THAT BACKED UKRAINE WITHOUT AN EXIT STRATEGY:**
| Option | Consequence |
|--------|-------------|
| **Continue supporting Ukraine** | The war drags on. Resources are wasted. Russia advances. When the front collapses, all credibility is lost. |
| **Seek dialogue with Moscow** | Negotiate from a position of weakness. Russia remembers who stood against it. Terms will be harsh. Trust will take years to rebuild. |
**There is no third option.**
---
**THE PARADOX FOR MELONI — AND FOR EVERY EUROPEAN LEADER:**
They cannot:
- **Admit the war is lost** — because they would be attacked as "pro-Russian"
- **Stop supporting Ukraine** — because they would lose credibility with their allies
- **Negotiate now** — because they have no leverage
They are trapped. And the trap is tightening.
---
**THE VERDICT:**
When Russia sits at the negotiating table from a position of strength, Europe's leaders will have nothing to say. They will have spent their political and diplomatic capital on a lost cause.
**The question is not whether they will have to choose. The question is when they will realize the choice has already been made for them.**
**Facts, not filters.**
