Following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s decision to decrease the official cash rate by 0.25% per annum, Ubank will decrease home loan standard variable interest rates by 0.25% p.a.
Ubank’s Neat and Flex variable rate changes announced today will be effective 21 August.
@paddington The bonus rate applies when monthly conditions are met, and the advertised rate clearly refers to the “bonus” interest rate.
